Octavia (Tav) Treadway is the founder of You're Carrying Something Great — a company built to help women build, organize what they carry, and create something sustainable.
She spent her career working for two large international nonprofits, traveling the world, and seeing the gap between having a gift and having support. That gap became her mission.
She fell in love with God in the basement of her pastor's home. That is where her relationship with Him became real. Everything she builds today connects back to that moment.
